How to root/flash China Samsung S3 clone

Greetings!

I have a Samsung S3 Clone from China.

I cannot access my sim now after using *#*#4636#*#* and changing the Preferred Network to China's 3g - TD-SCDMA.

How do I root this or flash this?

There is no such thing as android 4.1.9! Its completely a fake! And the build number says Gingerbread!

The build numbers on China phones mean nothing..I have the No.1 S4+ 9400, a very similar phone it has jb 4.1.2 however the build number says ics... however I do agree that 4.1.9 is not a real version..is it possible you made a mistake when you transcribed it?
