Mods How to root InFocus M680 Marshmallow Rom

A good number of InFocus M680 users have been looking to find root solutions for their recent Marshmallow update. I've noticed this in many Android forums.

Follow the guide below to your Marshmallow firmware with ease.

1. Download and flash TWRP 3.0.2 on your Infocus M680 from here
2. Download SuperSu zip package
3. Power off your phone completely and wait a few seconds
4. Boot into recovery mode by holding power button + volume up
5. From TWRP screen, select Install and choose the SuperSu zip file you copied to the root of your sdcard
6. Swipe to flash the SuperSU package and wait for it finish flashing
7. Once complete, reboot your phone to system
8. Done
