firstly dissable ur antivirus...
1)download drivers available at micromax's site
2)Connect your device on your PC and be sure that USB Debugging is enabled.
Your PC will ask on how will you install the driver, choose

download drivers>>>>then switch off ur device and connect to pc>>>it will try to install drivers but fail>>>then go to control panel>device manager>in that there will be an unknown device>>>right click and click update software>>
then choose from specific folder where u extracted the drivers>>
then simply install it>>>u r done....:D:D:D:D;):D:D:D:D

Also in driver files only these three files have been found(read me ,tetherxp,ReleaseNote_RNDIS_v1.1104.00)..only these three files enough?

download it from micromax's site!
it should contain
ES980 USB DRIVERS
TETHERING
DRIVER-USB VCOM DRIVER (BINARY)(1)
 
its not working for my Micromax A45 its not responding and getting blocked on wait for device what to do please help its a humble request PLEASE!
