I do see a lot of folks asking these days for on-phone or on-tablet only rooting solutions vs. having/needing to use a PC (or some combination thereof)...
While there are and have been device-only rooting methods, they seem to be fewer and far between nowadays. So, if you haven't found anything obvious or specific for your device, then, like @AZgl1500 indicated, there probably isn't a current tool or app to do that at the moment.
