how to root S2 after installing custom rom

I have an S2 GT-i9100T Australia model. After rooting the phone with the help of Ironass tutorial everything was fine. I had a rooted phone. I then went and played around with a few cyanogen roms. Which again worked fine.

First did a wipe data/factory reset and wipe dalvik. Then installed the roms. Phone is running Cyanogenmod 11-20141115-snapshot-M12-i9100. But to my surprise I don't have root access anymore. Did I loose root with one of the wipe processes?

How can I now root the phone with a custom rom installed?

Install the SuperSU app from the play store and see if that helps. I don't think Cyanogen removes root access, but without a root manager, there's no way to grant root access.
