Root how to root this mobile

can you please post the same version you used to root you mobile because i want to be very careful
and which of the two options to choose upper right

I'm new at android, and if i may, i'm looking at Samsung galaxy mini, Xperia x8, Spica, and Samsung Galaxy Ace.
I wonder if you could help me choose, or do i have other choice for budget under $250?

SOC 1.9.1 is working fine on mine, and its not causing brick, it just makes your guarante void..
@byzantium, for under 250$ i recommend galaxy mini of course, same indonesian though..

where can i find super one click rooter if thats the only app available for rooting mini.cant find it in market :s
