How to rotate whole system screen from landscape to portrait ?

Hi,
Does anybody know how to rotate whole system screen from
landscape to portrait ?

The platform is not G1 or any other phones, it's just a normal ARM platform.

Not only one application but whole system(status bar、 home、
desktop ....).

Well for the G1 rooting and installing and approiate Build will give the phone this ability.

BTW: You did not state your phone model and network carrier ...
Those will help others to respond to your question ...
