How to save pre-determined routes

I'm looking for a way to get routes for jogging/running on the intertubes, and save these to my android, allowing it to guide me through them. I like a dutch site which finds local routes and displays them on a google map(see example here). It has some ways to save these routes, including a .gpx file download, a Garmin file download and a (limited) Tomtom file download.

Is there any way for me to save a route like this to my own google map, so I can acces it on my phone(HTC Magic/Mytouch 3G)?

Any help would be highly appreciated :)

I haven't done it myself, but I think you can import your GPX track into Google Maps My Maps, and then use the Google My Maps Editor app on your Android device. It looks like you'll need to translate the GPX file into a format that Google Maps My Maps importer can read.
