Help How to Send My Name To Caller ID?

I'm new to the Android platform and Sprint so this may seem like a simple question. How do you get the phone to send your actual name (as displayed in the receiving phone's Caller ID) when making a phone call?

I was able to set my name on my previous phones without any problem but the Samsung Epic and Sprint have me stumped. As a first step I did update my profile on Sprint and entered my real name as the one to display. I then updated my profile on the Epic but when I called my home phone "Unknown Name" was displayed on the Caller ID.

Where can I enter my name so it will show up correctly on Caller ID.

I'm new to Sprint as well, but my name showed up automatically when I calling out. I think you need to call Sprint and tell them to set this up for you.

Thanks for the advice. I called Sprint this morning and as you said fixing the Caller ID name was something they had to do.
