How to send photos

Hi, my work colleague took a photo with their Samsung Galaxy 551 phone and I would like to get a copy of the photo.
She is quite busy and so I would need to do it myself quite quickly. Could you please tell me how I could send the photo to my phone via Bluetooth or how I could put it onto out work computer?

Open My Files .
Navigate to the photo .
Long press the photo
select share
select bluetooth
select your device and the pic will be transferred .
