Ok, so I used to have a BB 9700, and in my calander appointments, I would get a notification that my appointment was comming up. I could set this anywhere from 5 min to a week. I can't seem to find it here on my phone. I just did a test in Gmail Calander on my comp and changed my notifications there and see if that works, but is there another way?
EDIT: Ok, after I posted this, I actually found out how to do this. First, the Gmail Calander notification settings didn't work. I didn't even get a SMS message sent for my test item. I did get my pop up on my laptop. I'll check that out later.
What you need to do is. Open your calander, go to the item, choose that item (click/touch it) and then open the menu button on the lower left hand corner. chose EDIT and you'll find the REMINDER option on the bottom where you can change it from Day, Week or Month.
