Help How to set picture size when attaching to e-mail?

I have LG Vortex and use standard camera and e-mail software (whatever was built-in). The phone is rooted.

Is there a way to set the photo attachment size when sending photos thru e-mail? I have switched from Blackberry and on that platform I was asked what size do I want to attach to the e-mail. LG Vortex (Android) just attaches full-size picture.
