Hi
I have a galaxy ace phone and i've been downloadibg apps but the problem is that the phone internal memory only has about 30mb free and my external memory has about 1.7gb free. I need to know a way to download apps from google play directly to my sd card because I want to download an app is about 70mb and it wont fit into my internL memory
how do I set the download destination to external memory?

Hi there! :wavey:

I don't think I've ever heard of you being able to download and install an app from the Play Store directly to the SD card... I believe you have to download and install it first, and then use the "Move to SD" button option from within the Settings -> Applications.

I know this is for the Galaxy Ace II, but I hope this applies to your first gen Ace, too and helps describe what I mentioned above:

No... There should be another way. There is a 3.6 gb app at Google Store, and my internal storage is 2gb with which i can't play. So, i want to change the default location to external sd. But am not able to do that after hours of research.

I Know that people are able to do that.
