how to set the number of rings before my voicemail box is activated

Is there anyone out there who could please walk me through the process of setting the number of rings before my voice mailbox is activated, I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me. Thank you.

Call your voicemail. Listen to the menu. One of the things should be more choices, or something like that. One of them should be the number of rings or the amount of time before VM picks the call up. (Which and how depend on which VM system your carrier uses.)

If you can't find it there, call your carrier's customer service and ask them. Some will tell you what to do, others will do it with you on the phone.

I called my voice mail and no, there was no option saying "more option" Thanks anyways for the advice. Have a great weekend!
