Help How to set up multiple Gmail accounts?

I have 3 Gmail accounts & want to access all of them on my Galaxy Note 8; I have set up the main account but there seems to be no option to set up the others. Yet on my Sony phone (which still has ICS on it) I can easily switch between all 3 accounts. The functionality seems a bit limited on this tablet, or have I missed something?
 
Are you looking in email (it's probably limited) or Settings/Accounts (where you can probably add accounts)?
 
Thanks; I tried 'settings; add account', but it's asking me what type of account it is: 'imap' , 'pop3' & something else; I don't know what any or these are! It's a Gmail account, but configured with the name of my website; so: info@(website name).com. Which of these options do I choose?..!
