Help How to stop "data usage" pop-up display?

ussdtonotification does not work on 4.2.2. I had to switch of mobile data all together to get rid of the pop up dialogs. Is there an app that works on Android version 4.2.2.

I urgently need something to stop the pop ups.

Yes I agree its really very annoying and after silently suffering from more then months today serched on net first and saw this thread but not found any nice solution so I called customer care of Service Provider (Idea in my case) and it takes little time to make him understand problem but once he understood he searched solution and finally gave a number ( *121*57#) to deactivate this nuisance and Waaaao I got confirmation to deactivated in seconds..
P.s Pls do check with ur service provider deactivation number..

This issue comes due to Airtel App. Go to the setting in the Airtel App and and turn off notification.
