Help How to store Google Play Music on SD card

So I added a new 64gb SD to my Motorola Pure Edition today and set it up to be used an internal storage so I could store my music on it. However, after using Google Play Music to download some songs I discovered that the app stored them on the limited internal storage. Does anyone know how to either move the music to the SD card and/or how to get Google Play Music to store the songs on the SD card?

The option to use an SD card as internal storage is a new feature that I haven't used. Can you use an app like ES File Explorer to move your music to the SD card?

I use my SD card as portable storage and all my music, photos, etc. are stored on it. I was able to move it from my Note 4 to my MXPE. It's also easy to move the SD card to my computer when I want to transfer files.
