Help How to sync a picture to your contact or the user of the phone?

Ok. For example, in HTC Sense, you can link your Facebook profile to your phone, so whenever you sent a text message, it'll be your Facebook picture instead of that blank gray picture.

I know when I was running stock on the G2, all I had to do was make a contact with my name and number, and connect a picture. That made it so whenever I sent a text message, it'll show my picture instead of that gray block. -_-

Now that I'm on ROMs, that isn't happening anymore. It's just that block, and I hate it. LoL!!

I wanna know if there's a way to connect a picture to your profile or something, whatever you'd call it. Somewhat how Sense did, except it doesn't necessarily have to be your Facebook, though that would be a plus.

Plain and simple: When I send a text, I want my face to show next to "Me" and my friend's face next to "Friends Name". I know how to do "Friends Name" but how do I do "Me"? (Pun not intended. LoL!!)

im not sure if this is what u want to do but this is what i did

save your number as in "me" then just add w.e pic from your gallery and walla

Dugh!! Not working. It probably has something to do with the ROMs. It worked fine in stock. I just made a contact "Izaya" and put my number, and it showed my face. With these ROMs, it just have this grayed out box. Ima reboot my phone, and maybe that'll fix it, although I highly doubt it. But until then, oh well. *sad face* LoL!!
