Help How to sync outlook to Note 5

I have a note 5 and use Kies 3 to sync with my outlook calendar but it wont sync to outlook. When I enter an appt on my phone it sends me a notification to my personal email. how do I change it so it notifies my work email? I'm thinking that's why it wont sync to my work outlook now. It use to.

When it comes to Kies, it can be anything. My experience and research has shown it's very inconsistent. Did you go into settings and add an account for your work email?
