Help How to test how strong the phone really is?

How do I test and see how strong the phone really is? It has 1Ghz Processor we know but how to test that? Are there any apps or games that I can test on it? I did the speed test on it and got ping 223ms Download speed 0.41Mbps and Upload 0.60Mbps.

As he said, Quadrant. And Speed Test tests network speed, nothing to do with the phone itself. It's well known, but root and install SetCPU if you don't trust the entire community haha
