Help How to tidy up contacts

When looking at my contacts I find the entry very untidy.
Many have been imported through google. I had exported my contacts on my iPhone to google and the beautifully dropped into my SGN2 as I activated it.
However back to the question.
When I look at a contact I have a number of lines in the entry that are wasting that lovely screen size.
Examples
Connections
Groups ( that shows I imported this contact
Ringtone
Vibration pattern
I then get to notes that I have added but I have to scroll through all the other stuff before I can read my notes.
Can I hide the other stuff? There are four headings with choices that that take up so much space.
Thanks

I dont have the note yet, but I have this same issue on my HTC Inspire. I found the best way to clean them up, but it requires a bit of work, and I dont know if its something you can do in the note. Go through your list and view the people you want, and highlight the star, then go to the display options and select that you only want to see those that are Starred in Android.

Honestly, get all your contacts important into your Gmail account, and then edit them to your liking. Keep it clean! When you get a new contact, you can add it in your phone just remember to go back later and edit it up.

Thanks for your post. However I don't understand what you mean. When I changed my iphone4 for the SGN2 I had already exported my contacts to gmail and then I imported them when I set up my SGN2.
I am talking about how a contact looks on the screen. There are all these unimportant lines of "information and choices"
I would post a screen shot but I don't know how to do it. Can you help with that as well.
Thanks again.

It seems too much info of blank lines is showing up...if that's the case in Google contacts you should be able to remove blank entries within a contact removing them from the display

I don't think I am describing properly what I see on the screen. This may be because no one else has this problem.
Here is a more detailed description

So imagine the screen in port rate mode.
Looking at a contact
Then describing from the top
⬇
One centimetre is contact name and edit pen and star
Next two centimetres a picture of the contact (if you have one)
Next half centimetre the title "phone"
Under that various phone numbers taking up a centimetre each
Then Video call also about one centimetre
Next heading "connections" one centimetre
Next heading "groups"
Next heading "ringtone"
Next heading "vibration pattern"

We are now at the bottom of the screen

So I have an example of a contact where I only have his name and phone number and have created a note and the note is below the screen.!!!

However I have other contacts where they have a number of contact phone numbers and a couple of email addresses and so the opening screen is full of this information and I consider it normal to have to schroll down to see more.

So have a look yourself. If you have a very simple contact say name, one phone number and a note about something. That simple information does NOT fit on the opening page.

Sorry to be so long winded but I am convinced there must be a SIMPLE solution.

Thanks.

I don't think you could hide those. Maybe if you root your Note II and do some customized things.
