Help How to transfer files to/from mac

I got my droid x to mount on my mac and can open it. Im trying to figure out how to transfer files now. I dont see the SD card listed as a file on the mac?
 
What you see is your sd card. Just drag and drop over there and you'll access it on your phone from the sd card folder in astro or whatever you use.
 
Got it. Is there a program already on the phone that acts as a file manager, or do I need to install an app? Thanks.
