How to transfer photos from Note 4 to PC

Is there an easy way, or any software that you can use to transfer your photos, videos, etc from a Samsung Note 4 to a PC? I plug it into the computer and nothing seems to show up. I saw an ad for some software called Mobile Go, but it seems to be some kind of optimizing software now. Is there any easy way to do this? Is there some software from Samsung for this? Any help appreciated.

Ronhum, you can use Samsung Kies to do it, but I prefer using dropbox.

Thanks! I looked at the Kies, but it wanted me to change another setting, MTP, etc that I could not find, and did not understand what it was talking about. . But am now uploading using Dropbox, and it seems to be working great. Appreciate the help.

Hi, if you pull down the screen when connected to Kies you will see the option to connect as a Camera or a Media device, choose Media device. Phil

l use an app called Tonido. you install an app on your pc and one on your phone and it allows you to view and add files to and from your pc to your mobile. Works well. Basically turns your pc into a cloud storage like Dropbox but without the space limitations. You can create folders, files, favorites, stream your music, videos etc etc.
