Help How to turn off the dial pad vibrate

Is there a way to disable the vibrate when I touch the dial pad to make a call. I unchecked Phone Vibrate, and Haptic feedback but it still vibrates for some reason. Thanks

Also, not sure what i did wrong, but I can't hear any sound when i touch a number and the "audible touch tones" is enabled!!
