How to uninstall android update?

I updated my google galaxy nexus (bought from google directly) to 4.2 and now am having problem streaming music via bluetooth. Sometimes the phone is apparently playing the music but no sound comes out of my stereo.

And I just read an article saying 4.2 is buggy and has bluetooth problem.

So, how can I revert back to the previous version before 4.2?

I'm using t-mobile prepaid if that matters. I don't have data plan but when I'm home the phone is connected to my wifi network.

I could be wrong on this but I think you would have to unlock the bootloader and flash it with a 4.1 factory rom....I think you could find a guide for this on xda forum
