Help How to uninstall application on android 6.0.1

I'm having issues uninstall several applications (not the default ones that come with the phone), even new ones I'm installing even if I tried everything I found online.

So from the Settings > Application Manager > Application Info I only have Disable or Force Stop buttons or sometimes Uninstall Updates but no Uninstall as it should.

This is my phone configuration:

yep as @Dannydet suggested, that app is part of the os that came with the phone. it is called bloatware and most manufacturers and even carriers will have bloatware installed on the phone that can't be uninstalled, unfrotunately.

This is what I thought but I never expected that Zombie Infection could be part of that - what a waste of resources. Not having root on my own device is driving me nuts ...

It is amazing the junk that carriers will put on their phones, especially if the developer pays them to do it.
On the plus side, most of the app will be in the ROM, which isn't space you can use anyway even if you could remove it. So you don't really lose anything by just disabling it rather than rooting and removing.
