Help how to unlock phone

Hi please can some one direct me to help on how to unlock this samsung s 3 mini to any network

You call the carrier and ask for the unlock code or you look on eBay for people selling the code. It's based on a few things including the phone's IMEI, so it's different for each individual phone.

If you are with AT&T you are in for a long wait! I don't know about any of the other carriers but ATT is s l o w.
