Help how to unlock sim card

Hi, all

My phone model is SAMSUNG I9100P, I want to unlock my galaxy s2 phone sim card, I rooted my phone and used "Galaxy s2 SIM unlock" from Android market. But it couldn't find the unlock code. Is there any other method? Thank you!
 
If your phone is out of contract, or free of the contract, then your carrier should be able to give you the unlock code. If it's still under contract, then it is up to their discretion. Some will provide the unlock code regardless because you still have to complete the contract obligation so it's not going to effect their sales.
