Help How to update non-store games

My phone is too old to download final fantasy Ex but i can still play it by download ing a apk and it works perfactly on my nexus 4. The problem is that now i need to update it and the appstore send me to the playstore.
Any way to link it or anyway to update it?
And dont worry, the game is free so its not pirated

Disregard the update, if its the full game, you should be able to play without the update...

I got the full game but its an older version that doesnt work anymore because they updated the game and because its online i cant join

Ask the developer... If you got the app from them they should be able to help.


If you just got the apk file from some random download site then you haven't really got anything to complain about
