Help How to update? Something is wrong..

Hi everyone, ive tried finding some topic about this issue but i couldnt, so here goes

I bought my s3 like 1 month ago, and updated it to 4.0.4 and time went by and everything, i noticed there is update to 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 for s3 but it says no updates available, yet my friend that has s3 also got 4.1.1 and were in the same mobile company...
i bought my phone in a shop that sells international phones, same as my friend
both phones are not rooted or modified.

My model is GT-I9300
Baseband I9300XXLFB
Build number IMM76D.I9300XXBLFB

Tried with kies and still it wont let me update..
Any help please, i really want 4.1

Is your GS3 branded or unbranded? What country/carrier are you on?

Im from israel and carrier is Hot-Mobile
dont know what means branded or not branded

ohhh and on KIES it says : PDA:LFB/ PHONE: LFB/ CSC:LF3(ILO)

Branded means that you bought the phone from the carrier themselves, say on a contract, and have things like their own carrier apps, the boot screen has their logo on etc. Basically labeled with their name on.
Unbranded is when you buy a phone from a shop that is not affiliated with a carrier and then put a SIM card in. It has no carrier logos/apps/screens on it
