Help how to update to android 2.3.4?

i just bought my xperia neo..
but my android version is 2.3.2
when i try to update automatically it says your phone already has the latest software..
how i want to update my android to the latest version?

Is your Wi-Fi / Data function enabled? perhaps you can update it using PC suite (or PC Companion) to update your phone.
