Root how to update

[elmalodroid]

Maybe i am slow, but is there a tutorial on how to update if you are already rooted? i actually accidentally updated and lost root, but then i managed to load a restore in the boot menu. so i am back to being rooted but i would like to update so it stops bothering me.

Do the update like you did and reroot.

i actually tried to re root before i restored it. i tried rerooting with the super one click program but i couldn't get it to take. it kept holding up at waiting for device

I used super one click root and it worked for me. You can also try one of the many other root options available like the manual method or one of the other one click methods.

I used the no PC method and did my reroot via my terminal emulator and had no problems. Just another option.
