Help how to use 5.1 channel

how can i use the 5.1 channel on the apollo because when i plug the earphone and press the 5.1 button it says turn off the sound effects..how can i turn off the sound effects?is it the music clarity etc..i tried switching to normal but still no success.pls help me

go to settings in the music player then set as normal in both equalizer and effects and try to switch on the 5.1 now
