i have not personally run the aahk, but this is what i believe should happen:
-aahk pushes the downgrade to your sd card(there should be a message its doig this, and it will take a few minutes. its a big file to push thru a usb cable)
-it does some stuff you dont see(gains temp root, rewrites main ver number to allow the downgrade)
-it boots the phone to fastboot
*at this point you need to push power to put the phone in hboot
*once in hboot, the phone will find and load a file, then ask you to update.

if those last 2 things didnt happen like that, you an try manually putting your phone in hboot now(pull battery, hold vol down, then power till you see hboot screen) and see if the downgrade is found, checked, and asks you to update.

if that fails, hook your phone to the pc,put it in disk drive mode. right click on the drive that is your sd card, then click properties. double check that your sd is formatted FAT32. if its not, youll need to back it up and reformat,as FAT32 is needed for the downgrade to work. if you do find the correct format, then check the contents of the sd. if you do not find a zipped file called PD98IMG,then the downgrade didnt make it to the sd.

make sure youve read the "effin manual" that comes with the aahk, and then try the downgrade again. try and pay attention to what its doing, and give us as much detail as possible if it fails again,so we can try and help figure out what its doing.

hopefully some of the folks here who have used the aahk can confirm or deny my description above. :)
