How to use an internet connection on my phone when wifi or mobile data doesn't work?

I have an Alcatel One Touch 960c,and every time i try to enable wifi/bluetooth it
hangs for about 10 seconds then says Error. I think the Wifi card doesnt work...either that or it needs two antenna wires...a friend gave me the phone but is useless without some type of internet connection,ive looked everywhere online to no avail...someone help please?

Evidently the radios are bad. The phone would make a good mp3/video player, but that's about all. Repairing it would probably cost more than the phone is worth. (If the radios don't turn on, it has nothing to do with "antenna wires".)
