How To Use Fring to make Skype to PC call..

I am using fring on htc 4g... It makes a fring to fring video call pretty ok. I cant firgure out how to dial someones skype account to a PC .. Any help.. Thanks
 
first you need to have the other person you gonna contact to be logged in and have their skype id already added to your skype friend list, then you need to hook skype up to your fring account. and then go to the friend list and click the name then hit the video icon
 
I've been unable to get Fring to work when video-calling a Skype contact. If the other person uses Fring, it works, but not if they just have Skype open..
 
Whoa, just tried it and almost no delay!

With the EVO on 3G the framerate on my PC was about 10fps. Good enough for video chat.

This is the part I'm stuck on. When I first installed Fring, it asked if I wanted to link to anything else including Skype, but I couldn't recall my Skype password at the time... now I've got it but can't find any option to link to Skype, even after un/reinstalling Fring. How do I set this up?

Edit: Nevermind! Got it. I'm a noob who doesn't realize the Menu button actually opens a menu...
