Do you wish to view the internet activity on your PC through your Samsung's screen? USB cable is the most common method now, but apps are appearing which address that issue to help.
There are a few applications in the Google Play Store which facilitate that, some are free and some have usage fees or are pay-for apps.
Go into the Play Store and do a search under words such as, "pc internet for my phone." Be sure to check for compatibility for you particular model of Samsung phone or tablet in the app's description before buying and downloading.
