I'm new to this so try to keep any replies simple.
I work for a company that is using samsung galaxy tabs for the engineers who are on the road, to send back updates and photos via email. I am supporting the engineers with there general enquiries, if they have trouble sending emails etc.
Sometimes there may be a problem when the engineer is out on the road and I can't see what he is doing wrong, most of the time it will be something simple but it is very difficult to tell when you are blind. If I could see what they do then I can fix the problem, for example some engineers were writing *****at*******dotcom and not using the symbols as i talked them through it.
So my question is, is there any way that I can view the screen remotely or even better control the phone, I cant use anything that is USB or needs to be on the same wifi network,
