How do i turn my front camara ???

It will depend on what phone you have (which I don't know), but usually the camera app will have an option to swap between front and back cameras. May be an icon on the display, or something in the menu, depending on the camera app, but that is what I would look for.

It is difficult to give you an answer without knowing the model of your phone. The different versions of android and different manufacturer's software means that there are multiple ways of accessing the front camera. If you could post again with the make and model of your phone we can tell you exactly how to access the front facing camera.
Is this a work phone? Do you have access to work email/contacts/calendar via an exchange server? If so, your exchange server's administrator has probably implemented a policy that requires a PIN, Pattern or Password lock. You cannot disable the lockscreen as long as you are connected to an exchange server with those requirements. Its one of the reasons I don't use exchange on my phone for work email. I just access via POP or IMAP. I don't want some moron in my IT department to be able to remote wipe my device just so I can delete emails.
