How to you get the Plantronics 230 to connect?

The device paired ok, but it just says plantronics disconnected. What do I do to connect it? (This is the free BT device that BB gave out)

I'm having the same problem. Even my other BT headsets are having he same problem. They pair ok, but they never connect...it keeps saying "BT headset disconnected"

It paired up for me and I made a couple test calls.

First, make sure the headset is charged. Then follow these instructions:
