Apps how transfer voice over wireless

i'm wafa and i need some help in andriod appliction

i want to transfer voice over wireless in andriod to make a free calls
but i can't

I don't know any algorithm or any code to write it .

so if there is any person to help me please i'm very lost in this proplem

Dude, stick with the default font settings. (Had to say it.)
The least glitchy way I've found is to buy the GrooVe IP app. The free ways all involve using some type of VoIP app in conjunction with a VoIP service. There are several options if you search the market for VoIP, and read about each one. But like I said, GrooVe IP is the easiest, best working way to go IMO.
