craigslist always works great for me. And you dont have to deal with shipping.
People seem to be willing to pay a little more when they can actually see the used product before buying also.

Buy a new phone before unless you are ok with being without a phone for a while. Then sell it on ebay, i just sold a droid eris on ebay for$ 157, when you get that much for a phone you paid$ 100 for what does paying$ 4.95 for shipping matter?
