Root How would one flash the stock Rom through ADB command

I have been trying to get my friends MYTOUCH 4G back to stock in order to replace it with WARRANTY. The POWER button is NOT working, so I am having a heck of a time with this. I also did the Gfree unroot method but it's rebooting into Fastboot and since the POWER button is broken, I am unable to select anything in order to get it to HBoot (as instructed with the Gfree unroot method) I need to reboot into HBoot in order for it to read the PG15IMG zip. Using ADB, what is the COMMAND prompt to get it to the HBOOT (not FASTBOOT), as "ADB reboot bootloader" is rebooting into FASTBOOT?

If there is not way to reboot into HBoot (NOT Fastboot) - how can I flash the STOCK image zip in order to get it stock and unrooted through ADB Command Prompts?
