If you have the music on your laptop, open Windows Explorer (Windows Key + e), navigate to My Music then type *.MP3 into the search bar (top right hand corner). That will list all of your music tracks, including those from iTunes.
Connect your phone to your PC using a USB cable then simply drag and drop the MP3 files into /Music on your phone's internal storage or on the SD card.
