Root How?....

Ok,I'm at a total loss as to what in the hell I do to root my C771. It's got the M130 build, and 2.3.3. I have a rooted S3,but this...this is a whole 'nother amnimal. I'm confused so bad right now.
I've downloaded zergRush,SOC, Casio Unbrickable,ADB,ADK,KKK,CIA....all this stuff is confusing as hell, and so far the two programs I actually got to work on my computer (which is running windows 7 btw) haven't done anything but reset the phone. I'm trying to get it rooted so I can hopefully use it with straight talk, but right now,I have no idea what the hell I'm doing,or where to start with zergRush,or Casio,or anything. Please, help??

1) Why would rooting it allow it to be used on Straight Talk, when it won't if it's unrooted? Rooting has nothing to do with which carrier it will work on.

Just go to Straight Talk Compatibility Test put in the ESN and it'll tell you whether Verizon will allow you to use the phone on Straight Talk.

2) Have you tried Kingo to root it?

1. I come from the GSM crowd. I have a Verizon S3 that I had to root, and tweak, and everything else,to get it to kinda work with Straight Talk. So having another Verizon phone handed to me,I expected the same.

2. I was following Willster419s guides, and I wasn't aware of anything else. I finally learned how to use it,but still no dice. I'll give this a try though.

Thanks for your help!

This phone all things considered is easier to root than others.. theres a 777 file that executes from system call, what more could you want.. you litterally dont need to exploit any system vulnerabilities like memory overflow to root it.
