Howard Forums Gone?

It seems that this morning Howardforums.com went dark and possibly the domain was snatched up. When trying to connect I get this:

"The domain "howardforums.com" is parked wihttp://www.howardchui.com/th DiscountDomainRegistry.com."

Searching Google I saw several references to the domain being expired as of 6/26/11 and then a few more showing it as 6/26/12. Almost as if it was nabbed and then renewed for a year.

It's parent site "www.howardchui.com" is still up but doesn't look like it's had anything recent added to it.

As it was the most active Virgin Mobile forum, hopefully androidforums will welcome the howardforums.com members.

If their IP addressed is still cached in DNS you can get to the site, but otherwise it's now re-directed to the domain expired page.

It's not gone.. at least not at the time I'm posting this. I can see posts that were written only moments ago according to the dates and times.

Could of been domain registrars catching up with recently renewed domain, or they could of moved to a different host. During transfer, the DNS will be up and down like that for everyone depending on the route your connection takes to get to the destination.

Some jackass stole the domain by accessing the email that the domain is linked to with GoDaddy. Howard and GoDaddy are working together to get the domain back.

Please post around and inform your fellow phone enthusiasts of the new temp domain.
