I am an almost 50-year old sociology professor living in mid-, or Central, Michigan. I have a Moto Droid 2, through Verizon, and think quite highly of it. I have a good number of apps downloaded, more free than pay but I'd expect that's normal. I use the phone more for life in general than work... while fairly tech able, I am no sophisticate.
While I love having a smart phone, apparently, as with many others, I have wifi issues with the machine - they piss me off. Other than that I have questions and some minor issues I'm about to pursue. I've found forums like this very useful in other settings.
