I'm on the verge of buying a HTC Droid Eris for me and the Motorola Droid for my wife. I've been researching the Eris feverishly most of this week trying to decide if its the better choice over an iPhone. I'm a programmer so I hope to do some app development in the near future. I'm happy I found this site!
btw: one thing that bugs me is how the Motorola is called "The Droid" as if the Eris doesn't exist! They're both "Droids" after all
