Help Hox

My HOX restarts itself multiple times a day. Always at the time I need it most. I am on AT&T. Has anyone else experienced this or know what the problem may be??

I have had it for a couple of weeks. Some days are worse than others. It hasn't done it for a couple of days and in the past hour it has shut off and restarted 3 times. Some days it will do it 3-5 times and some days not at all.

Doesn't sound normal to me. Mine has never done it and I have had mine for a few months now. I would take it back to the place you bought it and see what they say, if they can't resolve it, ask for a replacement.

mine seems to do it occasionally but i think that on mine its something to do with the plastic cover pressing down on the on/off button while its squashed in my pocket.

I assume its pressing it down for more than 10 seconds so the phone is doing a simulated battery remove/replace thingy
