hpw abou the memory ?

well not all manufacturers stick to their promise, how about the internal storage in this one ?
apart from bloat, os, media and running apps how much is the onboard storage ?
a quick reply would be really appreciated.
 
The way I understand it, it has a total internal memory of 8GB, of which 4GB is user-accessable, and can be used to store pics, songs, videos, docs, etc. 2GB is reserved for android apps and the remaining 2GB is reserved for android system.

thanks my friend...but i already got it...it has 3.59 gb for apps and the rest is as you say:dancing2:
 
Wish we could repartition the internal memory... I dont want 3.59GB for apps, but I would appreciate more than 4GB being user-accessible. I am considering buying it and the somewhat low memory is the only thing holding me back.
 
With around 20 mins calls and a few texts plus around 2 hours streaming music (Wi-Fi) bluetooth on always (for in-car use) I get 2-3 days use between charges. NOTE: Wi-Fi is turned off when not in use. Battery life is way better than my old HTC Wildfire S
